Coventry DPW Complex, Coventry, CT
We performed the complete site development of the 15-acre lot for the new Coventry Department of Public Works complex. The project involved the construction of a 4,000-foot access road, a 15,000 square foot shop/office building, an 80 x 120-foot cold storage building, and a 1,000-ton salt storage shed.
Post-development stormwater runoff was controlled through five detention ponds and hydrodynamic separators. Rainwater collection to serve the town vehicles and a 1,500-gallon oil/water separator installed.
The sewer connection was made by installing a duplex pump system and 1,800 feet of force main connecting to the town sewer system. 7,000 cubic yards of structural fill were imported to construct the main building pad.

We performed the site work for a new state-of-the-art fire station for the North Coventry Volunteer Fire Department after the existing station was demolished on the site.
