About Earth Dynamics, LLC

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide clean, quality work promptly while keeping the best interest and budget of our customers in mind.

With a diverse fleet of over 50 machines, we have the right tools for every job. We run late-model equipment with the newest technologies, to maximize production with minimal downtime, allowing us to deliver high-end work at a competitive price. In most construction projects, unexpected challenges occur. From strict deadlines to unavoidable issues, our experience and intellect allow us to overcome any site obstacle along the way.

This company was created through hard work and we’re ready to work hard for you. Our biggest goal is to make sure our customers are happy with the work we provide. From start to finish we ensure your concerns and needs are fully addressed. We want to help you with any of your site needs while working within your budget. Let us show you the difference we can make. Many of our projects are relationship based with repeat customers.

Our Vision

Of the many site contractors in northeastern Connecticut, we want to be the one you call for your next project. Our vision is to provide you with three things:

• ATTENTION TO YOUR PROJECT – Each project is a priority.
• HIGH-QUALITY WORK – As a family-owned business, our work is our own; therefore, we work hard to ensure that our service is nothing but exceptional. We perform the work ourselves with the help of our carefully selected crew.
• FAIR PRICING – No matter what size the project is, money matters. We feel if we can provide you with the quality work you need for a fair, competitive price; it’s a win, win.
• RELATIONSHIPS – we want you to be fully satisfied and we hope to work with you on your next project.

Our History

Most of us look back at our childhood dreams and can’t believe how ambitious we were. Our interests were genuine and nothing seemed impossible. For Jim Galey, owner of Earth Dynamics, his childhood passion continued beyond the sandbox at his childhood home and into a business where his love for shaping the earth can be seen on a much larger scale.

Earth Dynamics is well-equipped to handle all of your projects – whether it’s digging a new foundation or creating acres of high-end athletic fields or alternative energy sites. Each project is handled with exceptional care and pride that can be attributed to the fact that this is the work we love to do.

About Safety

As a firefighter officer serving his local departments, Jim is trained and understands the importance of safety. Site safety is a critical component to each of our projects. Our employees have received proper safety training and are OSHA & HAZWOPER certified. We are a licensed CT Major Contractor, Small Business Enterprise and an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
